Garnacho has been recalled to the United squad after being left out for last weekend's derby win over Manchester City. The Argentinian travelled with the team to the capital for Thursday's Carabao Cup quarter-final against Spurs. However, there was no sign of Rashford, who looks set to miss out again after expressing his desire to leave Old Trafford this week.

Head coach Ruben Amorim insisted after omitting the pair from the squad that beat Man City 2-1 on Sunday that they would get another chance to return for the game in north London. And while Garnacho has seemingly done enough, Rashford's interview with Henry Winter this week, in which he admitted he's "ready for a new challenge", appears to have put an end to any hopes of an immediate return to the squad.
